Return and refund

Unfortunately, Indulgence does not accept any return and refund as all of our products are made to order and using high end exotic leathers. However, if you receive a damage product for any cause, please contact us within 36 hours of your receipt of the goods. Please send us a photo of the damage product and a photo of the receipt.
